Referral Letters & Reports

If, during your consultation, we determine that further investigation or specialist input is necessary, we can provide referral letters or reports to:

• GPs

• Imaging services (e.g. X-ray, MRI, Ultrasound)

• Other healthcare practitioners (e.g. specialists in other health matters, physiotherapists, etc).

Referral Letter / Report Fee: £15

(Covers administration, preparation, and secure delivery of the letter/report.)

Please note: If you require urgent or detailed documentation beyond standard referral letters (e.g. medico-legal reports), additional charges may apply.
